I'm excited to check out your game, but there's a GUI bug right at the beginning that makes it so I can't see the gameplay. Let me know if you get it fixed so I can play and rate your game for the jam!
Sorry about the bug, try playing it on fullscreen. I didn't have the time to sort out my camera's resolution while making the build. Also, just hit the spacebar if a blank dialogue box appears. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
UPDATE: I just fixed the resolution issue. There should be no problems with the GUI being cut off. However you would still have to press the spacebar whenever an empty text box appears.
Awesome, thank you! I played it through and I love the subtle humor in it. "Sorry, I'll be making dinner so I won't have time to pick you up from hell." lol. I'm really impressed with your map system too. That's something I was never able to quite find the time to figure out in my game. Wall jumps are clean. Weapon system is intuitive. Nice job!
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the game. I appreciate the feedback. The map system didn't take too long to implement. I followed Brackey's and Code Monkey's tutorials on YouTube, I highly recommend checking them out. I thought about ditching the minimap system since I thought it would take too long to figure out but those videos helped me in having it set up in just about an hour.
